Tasting from 03.11.2023: Othmar Kiem & Simon Staffler

Bright ruby red, dark and noble. On the nose there are fine hints of malt, ripe wild berry fruit, also a touch of mint, in the echo notes of blackberry and oak. Also on the palate there is a clearly noticeable use of oak, with good acid nerve, charged with tension, then finishes unfortunately very drying.
