The red wine Palazzi IGT, vintage 2014 from the winery Tenuta di Trinoro has been rated in 2017 by Othmar Kiem with 95 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Merlot from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Brilliant, intense ruby with slight purple shimmer. Very intense and vivid nose, exudes beguiling scents of blackberries, blueberries and pomegranate, some cocoa in the background. Substantial and firm on the palate, rich ripe berry fruit. Opens with finely-meshed, dense tannin, building a long, deep presence.
