The red wine Carla 6 IGT, vintage 2011 from the winery Tenuta La Massa has been rated in 2015 with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sangiovese from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Bright ruby colour with a slight garnet shimmer. Intense nose with notes of preserved cherries, some pomegranate and sealing wax, multi-layered. Round and supple in attack and finish, lots of ripe fruit, dense, vivid tannins, builds up in many layers, fine sweet texture.
