The red wine Giorgio Primo Toscana Rosso IGT, vintage 2018 from the winery Tenuta La Massa has been rated in 2022 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 97 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot
Rich, deep dark ruby with a slight purple shimmer. Very clear and intense nose, with rich notes of blackcurrant, black cherry and plum, with a hint of ginger in the background. The attack and finish are very polished, lots of fine-meshed tannins, builds up plenty of drive, with a hearty tobacco finish.
