The red wine Giorgio Primo Toscana IGT, vintage 2021 from the winery Tenuta La Massa has been rated in 2025 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 97 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Rich, deep dark ruby colour with a slight purple tinge. Very precise and appealing nose, lots of dark redcurrant, some blueberry, plus notes of graphite and dark chocolate. Full-bodied and dense on the palate, fills the mouth, opens up with plenty of vivid tannin, opens up in many layers, densely interwoven, pithy and full-bodied on the finish, still very young.
