The red wine Lupo Bianco Toscana Rosso IGT, vintage 2018 from the winery Tenuta l'Impostino has been rated in 2024 by Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Sangiovese, Merlot from the region Tuscany in Italy.
Dark ruby with a subtly brightening rim. On the nose, initially on sealing wax and fine oak then opens up to warm-hearted aromas; blood orange, cranberry, cherry, even light watermelon in the echo. Very earthy on the palate, with resinous hints, beautiful juiciness, warm-hearted, with ripe berryish fruit, a worthy representative of its region.
