Clear lemon yellow with a shimmering core. Opens distinctly on ripe white peaches, acacia blossom, jasmine, hints of fennel and buttercream. A gripping attack, with a beautiful texture on the palate, well-integrated crisp acidity, tapered, vibrant finish, comes back with a slight drive, salty on the finish.
