Deep ruby with purple reflections and subtle brightening on the rim. Initially restrained aromas of dark berries, mineral notes and hints of tobacco which develop once exposed to the air. A full yet elegant body with fruity flavours of sweet cherries and well-integrated tannins. A nougat and saline finish. Certain ageing potential.
