Tasting from 06.12.2024: Othmar Kiem, Simon Staffler

Deep dark ruby red colour, rich. The nose has a subtle hint of cheese rind, a slight vegetal note, but also milk chocolate and nougat, appears somewhat diluted. On the palate with a delicately bitter undertone, grippy, with slightly loosely knit tannins, but also well-integrated acidity, should definitely age a little longer.
