Tasting from 28.08.2023: Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog

Intense nose with notes of dried pineapple, citrus and papaya as well as white flowers and some vanilla. A soft attack on the palate, pleasant fullness and crisp acidity. Aromas of peach, mirabelle plum and woody notes that linger on the long, citrus-tart finish.
