Bouquet characterised by roasted notes. Notes of mocha, cocoa and dried wild berries as well as sour cherry and fresh plum. Also herbal and savoury notes. Dense and meltingly elegant on the palate, with ripe acidity and dark berry fruit. Fine tannin and a long, savoury finish.
