Tasting from 28.08.2023: Dominik Vombach, Benjamin Herzog

Notes of sour cherry, plum and blackberry on the nose. In addition, hints of pepper and some liquorice. Balanced on the palate, fresh acidity, dark berryish fruit and a savoury spiciness. Slightly noticeable tannin and a long finish.
