Tasting Notes
Initially grapefruit and pomelo, but with air contact it becomes increasingly peppery and slate-spicy. Racy acidity on the palate, elegant (and restrained) sweetness, lean and juicy, as required by the rating, with a finely mineral finish and very good length.
More about the tastingSpicy-peppery aroma, but also notes of salt crust, red apple. Salivating acidity, subtle sweetness, distinct red slate piquancy, exciting, polished and fresh, will taste almost dry after a few years.
