Tasting Notes
Garnet tints glint in the opaque wine. A lifted nose combines a minty edge with a lactic note and an aromatic notion of sweet tobacco and sun-warmed hay. All this is pitted against lovely notions of ripe, juicy plum. The palate is dense but has a quintessential Cabernet Sauvignon elegance, Carmenère lift and Merlot juiciness. This is evolving but wonderfully fresh and vivid on the palate, with ripe, smooth tannin. Very balanced, rich but with every muscle well defined. Beautiful
