The red wine Viña Seña, vintage 2020 from the winery Viña Seña has been rated in 2022 by Anne Krebiehl with 96 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenère, Malbec, Petit Verdot from the region Aconcagua Valley in Chile.
A lovely, juicy nose blends crushed blackberry and blueberry. Overtones of tar, cocoa and iris lend a seductive edge. The palate, upon release now, is brimming with dark and youthful fruit, dense with young, bold, ripe tannins. Lovely, bright freshness peeps through, brightens the fruit and absolutely defines the finish.
