Tasting Notes

92
Tasting from 10.03.2006

Shining deep dark ruby garnet, deep color core, violet reflections, broad watery rim. Chocolate on the nose, sweet caramel, pleasant woody spice, ripe fruit, delicate smoky notes, delicate dried fruit on the palate, powerful, somewhat bulky tannins that are still a little demanding, appears somewhat broad, bitter chocolate in the aftertaste, good food companion, less hedonistic than the 2001.
