The white wine »Reserve« Chardonnay trocken, vintage 2022 from the winery Wein & Sektgut Hirschmüller has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 91+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Evident woody notes on the nose, coconut macaroon, cedar wood and a fine pear note. On the palate, this Chardonnay "Reserve" is still characterised by ageing, puff pastry, slightly buttery, but also with beautiful density and a piquant lime note. Can still mature!
