The sekt »Perlage Reserve« Chardonnay Blanc de Blancs brut nature, vintage 2016 from the winery Wein & Sektgut Hirschmüller has been rated in 2025 by Ulrich Sautter with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Chardonnay from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Consistent mousse in the glass even after several minutes. Lots of yeast on the nose, buttery brioche notes, a complete contrast to the taut, fruity rosé. Beautiful density on the palate, completely dry, Tarte Tatin, a gastronomic frother, can accompany a complete menu.
