The sekt NV »Perlage Rosé« brut nature from the winery Wein & Sektgut Hirschmüller has been rated in 2021 by Ulrich Sautter with 92+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Schwarzriesling from the region Württemberg in Germany.
It has a lovely salmon pink colour. There are aromas of raspberry, redcurrant, and fruity ripe tomato on the nose. It has a fresh, dynamic mousse, with lots of juice and a nice interplay, and its lively acidity gives the wine polish and elegance without making it austere. It is lovely on its own, and also conceivable with food.
