Tasting Notes
The nose is characterised by balsamic, savoury notes and ripe plum, with undergrowth and ethereal notes. Woody, forest-flavoured and still almost a little inaccessible in the mouth. A wine that combines ripeness and coolness, it certainly comes alive with dark meat.
