The white wine »5inabottle« trocken, vintage 2016 from the winery Wein- & Sektgut Nikolaushof has been rated in 2018 with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Riesling, Weißburgunder, Grüner Sylvaner , Bacchus from the region Rhine Hesse in Germany.
Five young winemakers, four grape varieties - and an aroma that combines savoury new wood with even spicier wine flavours: Liquorice, cardamom, nectarine, smoke, mango. Powerful on the palate, delicate sweetness, ripe acidity, full-bodied and complex with a juicy finish.
