The white wine »Ambrosia« St. Martin Am Guckuckberg Sauvignon Blanc trocken, vintage 2017 from the winery Wein & Sekthaus Alois Kiefer has been rated in 2019 with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sauvignon Blanc from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
The aroma is still characterised by the barrique ageing, yeast and lots of savouriness, with air it also shows fruit, papaya and gooseberry. The palate has good structure, substance and complexity, texture and savouriness, the ripe acidity is well integrated and has certain ageing potential.
