Onion skin rosé colour in the glass. Powerful on the nose, with ripe raspberry, apple purée, stone fruit, lime zest, cookies and subtle fresh cinnamon. Lots of substance on the palate which is carried by fruit and savouriness. Dense, athletically built with lots of freshness. Pomegranate and rhubarb add an attractive tart note. Fine mousse, idiosyncratic, powerful!
