Tasting Notes
Copper-coloured and slightly cloudy. The aroma is initially yeasty and slightly animalistic, but then clears up considerably and releases peppery and fruity flavours: redcurrant, raspberry. The palate is unusually rich for a Pet Nat, almost oily, the mousse is mild and fades comparatively quickly. Original.
