Tasting Notes
Bottled in April 2020, disgorged in February 2022, hay and yeast on the nose. Aromatic, quite full-bodied and also noticeably sweet on the palate, the firm acidity and a fresh mousse create balance for the powerful body. As an aperitif for large parties or just as good as an accompaniment to spicy dishes.
