The sekt Riesling brut, vintage 2016 from the winery Wein- und Sektgut Wilhelmshof has been rated in 2019 by Anne Krebiehl MW und Ulrich Sautter with 90 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Riesling from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
Delicate orange blossom and ripe lemon peel combine in the aromatic nose. On the palate, light autolytic notes lend a pleasant creaminess that only emphasises the inherent lightness of this Riesling flint wine. Wonderfully dry.
