Tasting Notes
Delicate orange blossom and ripe lemon peel combine in the aromatic nose. On the palate, light autolytic notes lend a pleasant creaminess that only emphasises the inherent lightness of this Riesling flint wine. Wonderfully dry.

Full-bodied on the palate with good substance in a clearly defined structure, straightforward flint wine with a pull and animating drinking pleasure, well balanced with a strong mousse, aperitif and at the table.
