Tasting Notes
This has an emphatically floral nose, with aromas of lime blossom, clover and rapeseed, lime honey, and almost no noticeable use of oak. It is soft and full-bodied on the palate, with a beautiful fullness, integrated alcohol, and a ripe acidity. It is a powerful and voluminous Pinot Blanc, with depth and strong flavours, and it has certain ageing potential.
