A citrus-fresh fragrance wafts from the glass. Lemon lemon balm, freshly grated orange peel. On the palate, the sparkling wine is one of the milder representatives of the genre, the sweetness is vivid, but is also countered by a strong Riesling acidity. The fine mousse gives the whole structure momentum.
