The red wine »Sebastianus« Oberschwarzach Herrenberg Cuvée trocken, vintage 2019 from the winery Weinbau Ruppenstein has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Domina, Spätburgunder from the region Franconia in Germany.
The aroma is "dark": dark chocolate, some pepper, blackberry and blueberry. On the palate it is full-bodied and supple, has some power with rather mild acidity and fine-grained, well-extracted tannin. Some sweetness gives it particular accessibility.
