Herbal, also yeasty, bread dough, flower meadow, also dried hay, ripe pear and quince, good spiciness. Also shows a lot of varietal typicity and savouriness on the palate, juicy, pear and tart apple, vivid acidity that blends well with the fruit sweetness. Lots of wine.
