Medium salmon pink in colour, with delicately cloudy copper notes and a fine mousse. On the nose, smoky aromas, with red fruits of the forest and a touch of yeast. The palate is fresh, spicy and mineral with pleasantly tangy herbal savouriness, red berry fruit and undertones of peach, a lively food wine.
