Tasting Notes
Notes of chamomile tincture immediately are revealed on the nose, the showing of a mature Riesling with an ethereal radiance. A slender palate with a joyful and brisk mousse, and the accompanying flavours of both fresh and dried citrus zest that become more concentrated toward the dry finish. The finish is long, dry, fruity and terrific.
More about the tastingFirst and foremost, a classic Rheingau nose. Only secondarily do yeasty and mature savoury notes emerge. Comparatively powerful on the palate, with well-integrated acidity, it is full-bodied and not too sweet. From a single source, it is a powerful and yet nuanced sparkling wine.
