On the nose, tangerine, raisin, initially caramel notes. Also spicy with curry. The palate is energised by fruitiness, acidity and substance, the tactile minerality vibrates and rattles, yet the wine appears rather slender despite the intensity and volume - highly condensed rather than opulent.
