Tasting Notes
Lush nose with lots of dried fruit, raisin, ripe mirabelle plums, pear, honey, and fine spice. Complex, it unravels slowly. On the palate, it is punchy with lots of extract. The acidity and sweetness are both very vivid, and there's a nice interplay of alternating citrus and honey. Very long. To store!
