Lots of spice on the nose, smoke, shattered rock, flint, allspice, caraway, white grapefruit, lemon zest, sage, lemon balm. On the palate there is a lot of tension, taut and slender in structure, mineral and salty, fresh citrus fruit, tightly woven and good extract, athletic long-distance runner.
