It is a wine made from the grape variety Rieslaner from the region Rheingau in Germany.
A very mature Riesling aroma with balsamic undertones and clear citrus fruit. The palate is dry and purist, the finesse of the acidity makes the restrained dosage (4 g/l) appear completely harmonious, the fresh, lively mousse reinforces the impression of a trenchant concentration despite all the aromatic richness (orange zest on the finish!).
