Slightly reductive on the nose, pineapple, blood orange, salted lemon, ethereal mint, thyme, sage, salty popcorn, slightly buttery notes. Elegant, juicy on the palate, beautiful texture, vital acidity, fine phenolics, mineral, great salinity, very gluggable. Good certain ageing potential, but is already very enjoyable.
