The white wine «Ovum« Sauvignon Blanc trocken, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Aldinger has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 93+ Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sauvignon Blanc from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Aromas of gooseberry, light flinty notes, yellow plum, passion fruit and a butteriness on the nose. On the palate the wine has a nice acidic structure, great balance between savouriness and fruit and a light green aroma of bell peppers with a creamy body.
