The white wine »Ovum« Sauvignon Blanc, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Aldinger has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 94 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Some yeast and peppery notes define the aroma, cooked green bell pepper, smoky tones. In the mouth the wine has juiciness and a restrained, delicate structure, acidity, texture and body blend well without becoming massive or over-concentrated. The length is very good. An exciting design that counteracts the inclination of the concrete egg to produce particularly full-bodied wines.
