The rosé »Rosé Reserve« Spätburgunder, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Aldinger has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Spätburgunder from the region Württemberg in Germany.
Cream with apricot reflections. On the nose, wood and yeast notes vie with closed Burgundy fruit. In the mouth, the wine shows the vertical construction of the vintage, characterised by dense substance, intensely mineral accompanied, with a firm acid backbone, gripping, compact finish, with the best ageing potential.
