Still somewhat yeasty on the nose, spontaneous fermentation, savoury notes, savoury, rosehip, cherry and raspberry. Compact and lean structure on the palate with raspberry, some sour cherry and sloe, juicy, savoury, grippy phenolics and tannins, mineral finish.
