The white wine »Superior« Edeshem Mandelhang Sauvignon Blanc trocken, vintage 2020 from the winery Weingut Andreas Diehl has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 89 - 91 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Sauvignon Blanc from the region Pfalz (Palatinate) in Germany.
A relatively deep colour. Some new oak, spicy varietal aromas such as gooseberry and ripe nectarine. On the palate the wine shows creaminess, a ripe nerve that gives good support in combination with a layer of phenolics and a fine finish fruit.
