Tasting Notes
Dark ruby with an opaque core, brightening at the rim. Overall, it is still restrained, but has dark berry fruit, black cherry and plums, a touch of citrus, and a mineral edge. The palate is full-bodied with a lively structure, sweet blackberry fruit, and fine, ripe tannins. There is great length to the mineral and saline finish. It will benefit from bottle ageing.
More about the tastingDark ruby, purple reflections, subtle brightening on the rim. An inviting bouquet, with attractive aromas of black fruits of the forest, ripe cherries and floral nuances. Juicy, elegant and full of finesse, with subtle hints of sweet cherry, well-integrated tannins, mineral notes and pronounced fruit on the persistent finish. A very promising wine with great further ageing potential.
