Pale green yellow with silver reflections. Delicate caramel notes underlie yellow apple, a touch of vineyard peach, delicate tobacco savouriness, and some meadow herbs. Juicy, elegant, finesse-rich acidity structure, mineral, delicate citrus notes in the finish, extract sweetness of papaya in the aftertaste, fine savouriness in the finish, good development and certain ageing potential.
