Strong colour. Very ripe fruit: Apricot, candied nectarine and even more ripeness, almost date and raisin. On the palate with strikingly dense acidity on a full body, dry phenolics, a powerful Sauvignon that almost makes you think Lake Constance is on the southern side of the Alps.
