The white wine »Edition Spezial S« Silvaner trocken, vintage 2017 from the winery Weingut Augustin has been rated in 2019 with 89 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape variety Grüner Sylvaner from the region Franconia in Germany.
Golden yellow with green reflections. Plump fruit: Mirabelle plum, quince, Reine Claude plum. On the palate it shows with an accentuated mellowness and great fullness, but also with a stable acid nerve that shoulders the broad structure well. Almost in the direction of a dry Auslese.
