Lush bouquet with grassy notes, unripe bell peppers, chilli bell peppers, with air also more florality and fleshy savouriness. Present acidity at the start, quite tart underneath, warming alcohol, more gooseberry comes through on the palate, finishes sweet and fruity, echoes ethereally.
