Wood spice opens the nose, white nougat, caramel, subtle smoke, warm yellow fruit, mirabelle plums, peach, orange zest, chalky rock flour shows the origin. Full-bodied and powerful on the palate, supple base, ripe acidity, juicy fruit, fine phenolics provide structure, distinctive mineral spice in the finish, versatile at the table.
