The rosé »Maison Rosé«, vintage 2021 from the winery Weingut Axel Bauer has been rated in 2023 by Ulrich Sautter with 93 Falstaff points. It is a wine made from the grape varieties Pinot Noir, Merlot, Syrah from the region Baden in Germany.
Medium-bodied salmon pink in the glass. Multi-layered aroma, red berries, strawberries, rose hips, rhubarb, apricots, white flowers, subtle wood spice, caramel, marzipan, salty popcorn. The palate is juicy, fresh with traction, lively acidity, pithy phenolics, red fresh fruit, lean in body, medium weight in extract, salty finish, can be drunk on its own, but also with food.
