Tasting from 11.11.2023: Ulrich Sautter

Spicy, piquant aroma, sour cherry, cranberryish, but also black pepper, some juniper berry, individualistic. On the palate some grippy, fine tannins, well-judged acidity, fine red fruits, sour cherry, spicy, good structure and length, an individual wine.
